Excellent service, bought a great car for agreed price. Trade in value was fair but I opted to sell privately. This was no problem and Pat was a pleasure to deal with. When I said I would be interested in the car he took my word and held the car for me until I got into him with deposit. Pat the sorted everything else out and had the car ready a few days later. Would 100 percent recommend Ozone car sales and will be back in the future. Great service and no hassles. Love the car and was very happy experience, thank you Pat !

I bought my daughter's car here few weeks ago and they're absolutely brilliant 💯👌Great customer service and support, Ian was particularly helpful he came to collect me from bus stop about 5miles away from them and brought me to the garage. Even when I couldn't use my card because its exceeded limit and won't let me withdraw he was very patient and understanding. And Pat also was very good sorting out my NCT and stuffs. Car is in excellent shape, passed NCT for 2yrs. My daughter is very happy with everything. I am one very happy customer and i have already recommended them to two of my friends and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for used cars👌 👍😊😀

Ian was very helpful and informative when I went to view my car. The whole process ran seamlessly and he did not make me feel pressured into extended warranty or financing like other car dealerships do. He was very easy to contact throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with, would definitely recommend Ian and Ozone!

Super happy with my new car. Spotless inside and outside when I went to pick it up. A pleasure to drive, I still get a little buzz everytime I sit into to drive it. Both Ian and Pat were very helpful, and super quick to respond to any queries I had.The whole process of trying and buying the car was extremely smooth.Bit shocked and disappointed to find out that the extended warranty is capped to certain amount, but I'm sure what's my fault for not asking the questions.All in all, super service, super car, would recommend them to friends and would buy from them again. 👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great experience with the dealing (Ian)at Ozone Cars. Ian was very knowledgeable on the car we were interested in and also the car we were trading in. He’s great patience with me as I’m deaf and difficult communication but we great on well with writing on the note. I really appreciated it for his advices and help out for trade in. Nothing was a problem and a test drive was organized. We were very impressed with the customer service and are over the moon with our new car! Tbh I can't recommend Ozone Cars highly enough. I bought a beautiful Hyundai i10. It was exactly the car I was looking for. I had a mechanic look at it before buying but I did not see it in person due to Covid-19 restrictions. Pat gave me a viewing of the car online and they delivered the car down to me at no extra charge. I was not disappointed, the car was in showroom condition and it was exactly as Ian described. Ian was lovely to deal with and very professional and down to earth. The after service was spot on. I had a small problem with the gears and Ian came and collected the car and left me a new car while my Hyundai was been fixed. Ozone cars is owned by very genuine people. It is a family garage with fair prices and great service. I would definitely buy from them again.
